RETURNS POLICY
At HADIYA, we hope you love every piece you receive. However, if for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for either a refund or store credit.
Returns requested outside of this timeframe may unfortunately not be accepted.
Before submitting a return request, please review the full returns policy below to ensure your item meets our return requirements.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.
• A valid proof of purchase and order number must be provided.
Items purchased during sale events, clearance promotions, samples, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend returning items using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number for reference. HADIYA cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit and may be unable to process a return if the package cannot be located.
For international returns, any duties, taxes, or additional shipping costs associated with the return remain the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us by email once your return has been submitted. We will do our best to hold the requested item for you where possible, however availability cannot always be guaranteed.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
FAULTY ITEMS
At HADIYA, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please email us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the fault so we can assist you quickly. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, a full refund including the original shipping cost will be provided.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your returned parcel has been received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for the return to be processed.
When your return has been approved, your refund or store credit will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent.
If you are requesting an exchange, our team will contact you to arrange the replacement item.
Refunds or exchanges are typically completed within 14 days after we receive your return.
If an item purchased with store credit or a gift card is returned, a new store credit will be issued.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
HADIYA reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
